Maharashtra Samajik Vikas Trust, Pen was established in 1998 and registered under the Charity Commissioner. We work in Thane, Raigad, Ratnagiri, Parbhani, Sangali & Pune districts of Maharashtra. The organization started catering to the HIV and AIDS issues in the advent of the National AIDS Control Programs and has a long history of working since the second phase of the program in Maharashtra. We have HIV-AIDS related projects named TI- Migrant, Link Worker Scheme, as well as Ngo have the Watershed management project funding by Yashada Pune.
Ngo have taken initiative to spreading awareness regarding TB infection as well as HIV-TB correlations. MSVT want to do lot more for society betterment. we all MSVT members want from our bottom of hart to work in education sector for underprivileged children, as well as for women empowerment because these two are basic pillars of our society our country can’t be a developed country without developing these two integral parts of society. We need support from all you, Need many helping hands so please do your contribution towards the society from open heart though MSVT.

Awareness Program
The organization has carried out the awareness programs in all Talukas, All revenue villages, Primary health centers , District hospitals, Rural Health centers and Rural Hospitals, Schools Colleges etc.
Migrant TI Program
This Project was started from Dec. 2008 it is meant for Dist Raigad & the detailed assessment & study of the single migrant who have come from his own native place, outside the state & the migrants
Watershed Management Program
This project was started from Feb. 2011. Main objective of this project is to aware, to train, to make capable those people who really suffering from the problem of water. We are working in Poladpur taluka.
Manoj Gawand
Founder Director of MSVT
Manoj Gawand founder and Director of Maharashtra Samajik Vikas trust (MSVT), is one of the leading Editor of weekly newspapers called Brigadier and govt. accredited report with at least three decades of experience in print media, secretary of journalist association and member of various govt. committees at district as well as state level.
Mr. Manoj Gawand has started his career with banking industry but his strong desire of working for the society and humanity forced him to quit a secured govt. job and to initiate the social organization ‘Maharashtra Samajik Vikas Trust’ in the year of 1998.
Under Manoj’s leadership and guidance MSVT has shown the remarkable development in various sectors like Health, social awareness, child education & protection, women empowerment, livelihood and environment conservation etc. MSVT has started working on a regional level and now working on national level projects. Mr. Manoj’s has played a significant role in this entire journey of the organization. His involvement and guidance in each and every project and regular interaction with team is a key of organization’s growth.
